Session Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 5:00-6:30pm EST, June 8th – 25th, 2026.
This is an intensive 3-week sprint for people who are excited to make changes to how they approach their work, fast. You'll be actively trying new techniques, experimenting with what works for your brain, and building momentum fast.
Between sessions, you'll be expected to experiment with multiple techniques each week, track what's working (and what isn't), and share your experiences with the group.
